THIS IS A REMINDER FROM PCPS:

There will be NO SCHOOL for students on Monday, November 2, 2026, for a Teacher Work Day and Parent/Teacher Conferences. Conferences run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please check with individual schools to make appointments with teachers and to find out when teachers will be breaking for lunch.

There is also NO SCHOOL on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, as this is Election Day and some schools are used as voting locations. Offices WILL be OPEN during regular hours.

School will resume normally on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.

We are incredibly proud of the growth happening across Page County Public Schools! All Page County Public Schools met state standards for full accreditation. Additionally, prior to the application of federal identification considerations, every PCPS school earned a framework score in the Meets Expectations or Distinguished performance categories. Our 2026–2027 School Performance and Support Framework results reflect the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our students, staff, school leaders, families, and community. Every school in PCPS demonstrated growth, and that's worth celebrating.

These results are more than numbers. They represent stronger instruction, student progress, teamwork, perseverance, and a continued commitment to getting better every day.

We've Got Some Exciting News To Share. Read All About it.

Yesterday, Dr. Huber was able to start his week off working with Springfield Elementary School 2nd graders, and to see their teacher, Miss Dudley, in action. Her classroom was a hub of learning, where students not only worked hard on reading and spelling, but also on soft skills like words of affirmation and encouragement for their classmates. Dr. Huber stated, "It was a great way to start off the week. Amazing things are happening in Page County." Our superintendent is thoroughly enjoying being able to visit classrooms to witness all of the learning that is taking place.

Today, Dr. Huber visited Springfield Elementary School where he was invited to visit Mrs. Keim's class. During his visit, Dr. Huber had the opportunity to read poetry to the class and he was greatly impressed by everyone, from the leadership, to the staff, teachers, and students. High level learning was occurring and students were engaged and supported. Dr. Huber said, "I had a blast, and it was the highlight of my week." He describes the work being done at Springfield as, "Impressive."

Dr. Huber has asked that staff reach out to extend invitations for him to visit them where they work within the division. Engaging in these visits allows him to see first-hand the great things that are taking place within our schools.

Page County Public Schools recognized students at the last school board meeting for being a part of the Page Fair, Athletics, FFA, and FCCLA. We are proud of all that our students have accomplished.
