On Tuesday, October 3, 2023, a group of 7th grade students from Luray Middle School visited James Madison University. Students were given the opportunity to tour the university and learn about the many possibilities students can find at JMU. Students learned about course opportunities, clubs, and extracurricular activities, while getting a chance to see JMU up close. This visit will hopefully help students in beginning to think about the many options they have for furthering their education and training after high school. Other groups will have the same chance to visit the university later this month.
