Each spring at the VSBA Regional Spring Networking Forums, an art contest is held to showcase art from the region. Each school division submits an Elementary, Middle, and High School entry. The artwork is judged and artwork that is selected for first place is shared throughout the year with the membership, and spotlighted at the Annual Convention.
Amber Sky Moore, LHS senior, placed 2nd in the Virginia School Board Association's Regional Art Contest. Amber will be recognized at a later school board meeting and receive her certificate and ribbon from the competition.
