FACS class photo with breakout room signs

Mrs. Burns' 7th grade Family and Consumer Sciences students at Luray Middle School put their critical thinking skills to the test in a fun Escape Room Challenge. They learned that FACS focuses on the wellbeing of individuals, families and communities; explored the purpose and benefits of taking CTE courses, and discovered the 16 fields of study that are included under CTE. Using clues to unlock five locks, they worked together to "break out" and earn a prize. Congratulations to both A and B day students for being lock stars!
