During the month of October, Luray Elementary School's Kindness Club initiated a project called "Socktober." Students, parents, faculty, and community members donated socks that will be donated to local shelters.
The sock collection project was a huge success. Over 400 pairs of Socks were donated! The socks will be sorted, bagged, and delivered to local homeless shelters.
