This is an important message from Page County Public Schools:
In anticipation and preparation for our return to school, currently scheduled for Thursday, January 21, 2021, we are asking parents to once again sign the Health Attestation Form. Please print the form, sign, and send with your child on the first day that they return. If you are unable to print this form, they will be available at all schools. This form will be good for the rest of year, eliminating the need for daily health slips. Thank you, and please share.
