PCPS Nutritional Services would like some feedback regarding our meal delivery program that operated from March 17th - September 9th. Part of our program was a pilot (grant) to learn more about meal delivery. Can you spare 5 minutes (or less) of your time to share your experience? If you didn't choose to have meals delivered, we still would like to gather a bit of information from you. You can find the survey here: https://forms.gle/chMBcYjvZkYr3ZUy8

Chromebooks are coming to LMS very soon! No student will be issued a Chromebook without a signed Mobile Device Agreement Form. Blended learners will bring forms home. Once the signed form is returned, a Chromebook will be issued. Remote learners can print and sign the form here. Forms will also be available to pick up in the gym lobby. Every student must have a signed agreement before a Chromebook will be issued.
