Cosmetology I students at Page County Technical Center are learning to wrap basic perms. They are understanding how the various chemicals affect the hair, and which chemicals to use in processing. These students are demonstrating half base perm rod placement using a bookend wrap technique that is commonly used in salons. Students will choose the proper chemicals and process it to complete the perm technique.
