Buenas tardes.

Good afternoon, We have continued to work diligently to resume school. However, we are still facing bus turnaround spots in rural areas that are iced in, many back roads that are still ice-packed, and many closed sidewalks, leaving nowhere for students to stand while waiting for a bus and nowhere for in-town students to walk to school. With safety at the forefront, PCPS will be closed on Friday, January 30, 2026. 12 month Employees are to report to work on time on Friday.
We are actively engaging creative solutions in hopes of getting back to school on Monday.
Thanks for your understanding.
Dr.Paul Johnson
Acting Superintendent for Page County Public Schools
