Dear PCPS Community,
We are notifying you of an ongoing situation at Shenandoah Elementary.
Shenandoah Elementary School went into a school-wide lockdown at about 10:30 a.m. due to a report of a suspicious individual in the community. The Page County Sheriff’s Office and the Shenandoah Police Department are currently on site and conducting a full sweep of the area. We will remain in a lockdown until there is confirmation that all is clear from law enforcement.
No other schools are implementing lockdown procedures as this incident is isolated to the Shenandoah school area. We will continue to update everyone as new information is available.

Page County Public Schools is offering a free evening event for parents and students in PreK - 5th grade at Page County High School on April 4th from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm. This event will provide parents and students with hands-on learning opportunities, entertainment, and dinner. Please take a look at the flyer below for more details.
Page County Public Schools is hosting the Virginia Repertory Theatre on April 3rd and April 4th during the school day. The Virginia Repertory Theatre will be performing Tales as Tall as the Sky for students in PreK - 5th grade. Parents are welcome to join their student(s) for the performance.
