She is the director of the Marching Panthers and puts on a musical every year, if possible. "Mrs. Manzano goes above and beyond for all her students. She had one of my older kids for 1st grade and he was having a lot of difficulty and she communicated with me and together we worked to figure out how to best help him. It took all school year and multiple different ideas, but she never gave up on him. Then she had another of my kids for 1st grade and now again in 2nd grade and while he can be difficult she has the patience of a Saint and again, she communicates with me and we work together to figure out the best way to help him. I know she's like that with all her students. They are all treated as if they were her own. I can never thank her enough for how she's been with my kids in the 3 years they've had her. I only wish she'd keep moving up in grades so my youngest could keep having her."--Jackie Staples
