PCTC Practical Nursing 1 Students Busy Learning Safe Patient Handling
Practical Nursing I students instructed one another on proper body mechanics and safe client handling techniques. Assistive devices used during the lab included canes, walkers, transfer boards, and the Sara lift. Students also practiced various crutch-walking gaits, including two-point, three-point, four-point, and swing-through.

Last night six students students from around the division were recognized for being selected as Model Students in their schools. Each student was presented a certificate by Dr,. Paul Johnson, Interim Superintendent of Page County Public Schools. Congratulations to these students and their families on receiving this honor.

Mark your calendars. March 9, 2026, Page County Public Schools will begin accepting Kindergarten registration and Pre School applications for the 2026-2027 school year.
