Good evening PCPS Faculty, Staff, Students, and Families,
Today, a cheeseburger was served on a bread bun that was moldy from our school kitchen. This is certainly not the level of care or diligence demanded from Page County Public Schools. I am calling to let you know that we are aware of the situation and are working to address it. We have removed all of the hamburger buns from school kitchens.
If you have questions or concerns, please use this FORM to submit and a PCPS staff member will get back with you.
I apologize to our entire school community -- this is unacceptable. We are working to identify where the breakdown in procedures occurred and will ensure this does not happen again.
Sincerely,
Antonia M. Fox, Ed.D
