On Tuesday, March 28, 2023, senior, Jaidyn McClung, had her signing ceremony at Luray High School committing to play volleyball for Bridgewater College next year. Athletic Director, Don Ehlers , Volleyball Coach, Susan Henry-Wilson, and Track and Field Coach, Skip Hamilton, all spoke of Jaidyn's dedication, determination, and fierce competitiveness. Joining Jaidyn at her ceremony were her parents, Charity and Timmy, her sister, Chelsey, and her brother, Timmy. Friends, teachers, administrators, and other relatives were also there to support her. Good luck, Jaidyn. The Bridgewater Eagles are lucky to have you.

Today, the Luray High School SCA hosted a breakfast social for students and staff. Everyone was treated to a pancake and sausage breakfast, and students were then able to play corn hole, board games, hang with friends, and even watch a little VT Women's Basketball (reruns). Everyone enjoyed the time to relax, eat good food, and build community.

STEM club at LHS participated in The Great Marshmallow Challange today. They built towers using spaghetti, tape, and string, to support a marshmallow. The activity promotes teamwork, problem solving skills, collaboration, creativity, and communication skills.
